Please contact us should you wish to return a purchase. If your return is accepted, we will let you know and you will then need to return the item wrapped and in the same condition that it left our factory, within 14 days from when it was delivered to your premises, at your own expense.
We will refund you within 7 days of the item arriving back at our factory in perfect condition, less a 10% administration fee. We cannot refund you for items not returned to us 14 days after your delivery was made. All delivery costs are non-refundable.
Damages or defects
Please inspect your order fully as soon as it is delivered to you and contact us immediately if there are any issues. Please include images so that we can make an assessment and provide you with a solution as quickly as possible.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
We can unfortunately not accept refunds or returns on sale items, bespoke/customised items and gift cards.
